I would try spraying some liquid wrench or any other good penetrating fluid on it a few times a day for a day or so. You could also try heating it up again and spraying some light weight oil or regular penetrating oil on the bolt when it is hot. The heat draws the oil back in. Stay back some when squirting on the oil to avoid the fumes and keep water handy for saftey sake though. You can also try using a quick solid rap with a hammer on the bolts head like as though you were trying to hammer the bolt back into the block, if you have room to swing a hammer. You have to use judgment for how hard to rap the bolt so as to not break the casting or damage the bolts head though. Ray in PA.
