Impulse trips at TDC; I time my F-30, F-20, F-12 this way and have never had one kick back or for that matter "break an arm". There is no mark on the flywheel for "AFTER TOP DEAD CENTER" only a "DC" mark for "dead center. I would never offer advice on this page that would get anyone in trouble. My advice comes from years of experience. I only answer when I know a answer; some answer when they "think" they know. E-mail me if you need more help with the timing; I can take you thru step by step.
