Flasher unit is an easy install. Just go to an auto parts store and tell them you want a flasher for hazard lights on a tractor. Costs about $4 and you just wire it in before the lights.

Another place to get double pole double throw (DPDT) switches is from partsexpress.com just do a search for DPDT switch diagram and you will find what they look like.
