IH made the last Ms (actual number unknown) with factory installed disc brakes that were on Super M, take same parts, they are shown in IH parts catalog for a M, also in there are brake conversions that IH sold as a Field Improvement Pkg through service parts (IH dealer), these are the Lambert, they are entirely different than the factory installed Ausco on last M and all Super M. Parts are still available for the Lambert but somewhat limited, the Ausco same. I have worked at a IH-Case-IH-CNH dealer since 1960 in parts.

It was powered by either a high-compression gas engine or a distillate version with lower compression.
