Sounds like the tranny got caught in 2 gears at once which locks the clutch shaft tighter than a banker's heart even with the shifter in neutral. Did you move the shifter before your final restart? Ice in the tranny generally locks up only the final drive. Can't lock up the clutch shaft unless the tranny is filled with water and frozen solid!
