The simpelest way is to wait until next june then drain the fluid.If you need the tractor before then you will have to pull it into a heated shop to melt the ice,but it will take a couple of days in a heated shop to melt that big block of ice in the bottom of the differential housing that has the bull gears frozen to the housing.If the ice dosen't break loose when you pull it the rear wheels will slid all the way to the shop.IH used to make a rubber boot that you could put over the gear shift tower to stop rain water from running down the gear shift leaver and into the transmission.After you get it completly drained put some alcohol in with your new grease to absorb the water that still remains in the housing and next summer when its nice and warm drain it again.
