I live in MN and have a 300 Utility with the same problem. I changed my treny fluid in oct,and boy was it ugly. there are a couple things you can do, One is to add diesel oil to the trany about a gallon and drive the tractor around to get the trany nice and hot this will help with draing. two is to use a magnetic blockheater on the bottom of the trany to help warm it up. Like I said I changed my in oct, on a cold day and i Still have a little water in the trany but I got enough out that with heater on the trany and a block heater on the engine it fired up @ -2 and runs with no problem. but I will have to do a better flush this summer. Good luck!!
