FARMALL 460 HYDRAULICS and T/A

IM LOOKING at purchasing a 460 for a loader rig and would like to be able to use the fast hitch on the back.It has no loader on it now but when I hit the touch levers it wont raise the hitch at all i feel pressure thru the lines and pressure to the line on the fast hitch cylinder but no action,help me guys whats going on. also the the t/a lower side is out when i pull it back i get grinding,clutch and transmission seem ok,what will this take time and money please advise thanks big red 1
