Hydralic level

I have a IH 460 utility that has water in the hydralics and is freezing up on me. I ordered a service manual for the tractor but it does not tell me how to drain the system or how to make sure the level is correct after refilling. I have a new filter and 10 gallons of Hy Tran. The parts man at the Case dealership couldn't help me with what where to drain the system or how to refill it. Could one of you please help me out. also if I could find out what I should get as far as a manual for this day to day servicing (lube points,Fluid levels, etc.) please let me know what and were to get it.
