Tire condition
Steering tightness (or looseness)
Hydraulic operation
Gear box noises (some gear whine is normal)
Sheet metal condition
leaks (oil, water, gas, greases)
Missing parts
Starts easily when cold
Smoke (blue) from exhaust after warming up
Hitch it to something to check for power
Does it boil the water out when hot (if it only has water in it then it probably runs hot or the cooling system leaks)
Brakes & Clutch operation
