Andy the belt pulley housing is fed 90W by the transmission slinging oil up into the unit. If you had the pulley shaft out to replace bearings, then I recommend you pour 1/2 quart of 90W in the filler hole on top of the unit so there is oil in the lower section of the pulley housing next to the pulley plate.
