You say the three point raises at the correct speed,which should be 3 seconds.Is that with an implement mounted or with no weight on hitch.It makes a difference on giving you a correct diagnosis.If the three point is slow with a load on it you have an internal leak.If it raises at the correct speed with a load on it then Mitch is on the right track,your spool in your auxillary valve is not moving far enough to give you full flow to the outlets.Possibly dirt,bird or mouse nest or worn linkage.The fellow that is experiencing load drop and correction several times a minute we call hickups.That is an internal leak,possibly a worn o ring or a pilot valve adjusted to sensitive.
