Any chance your hydraulic line has a device installed to slow the lowering process. Since the lift all lifts only things will drop like a rock without the inline device - cn't remember exactly what its called. Concerning the light weight oil, I had some in my H for awhile. It lifts fine until it gets hot - then it doesn't lift anything. It may not be a problem in the winter.
