04 serial plate, hoses etc. were they painted at factory??

I am assuming that the serial number tag, hoses were not painted red at factory, am I correct?

Does anyone know if the bolt heads that fasten the hood, grill, lights etc. on, were they red??

What about the radiator cap with the tail on it, what color should that be??

There is the hose above the water pump, it would seem that it would have been shot with paint but maybe I am wrong.

As long as I am going to the trouble of painting the tractor, just thought I would try and do it right.
