The 4" ID. would be the upgrade for regular M, But you need to make sure your OD is the right size. I dont recommend that you buy this kit. You should find a kit for a C-248 cid M. They make a 4" bore for the C-248, TISCO, CENT. TRACTOR and others carry them.
