value of 42 H on steel?

My brother in laws dad passed away. His estate includes a 1942 H farmall on complete front and back steel. The rears are skeleton lugs and flat spoked. The tractor is fairly complete. It is a distillate burner and just missing shutters, fenders and possibly has the gas burning manifold on it. Has good original styled seat, but needs a steering wheel (it is bad). Tin is straight but has been sitting outside so it is the typical rust colored. It starts right up and runs good. I told the family I would ask you Farmallers what it is worth. Thanks in advance.
