Smoke out the breather only means the oil rings are working but the compression rings are stuck or worn. I'd bet stuck. Change the oil (and filter, they're cheap) again and use some good detergent oil. Then work the tractor. Sitting is the most common cause of stuck rings and is common with Farmalls. Keep a watch on the oil and change it again when it gets good and dirty. A little Marvel Mystery Oil in the gas and oil should help too. Some oil pressure gauges lose their spring rate with age, the gauge may be bad. Change the gauge temporarily to a new gauge with numbers so you can verify what your oil pressure is. It does not hurt the tractor to operate it with blowby (compression leaking into the crankcase).
