Thanks so much for the information. I located everything on the tractor that you described but haven't done the work yet (I'm in middle Georgia and we are under a cold spell this weekend!)
I also have a 53' Super C that I've used on my place for the last 11 years. When I complete the 240, I'm going to restore it also but use it for local shows. I've found that it's a lot harder finding parts for the 240 than the C ! Again, thanks for your help!
