Here is a list of what I see wrong for starters:
If you want to "restore" a tractor an 8 volt battery does not belong
They didn't make rain caps back then either
Wrong seat cover for sure (they were originally grayish black I believe)
Starter is black, should be red
Carb is black, should be red
Lights look like they are black, should be red
I'm not sure, but I don't think the steel belt pulley is original either. At least he has the correct "McCormick Deering" decals. To each his own and more power to him.
