Rear Steel Wheels for H question

I came across a fella with a pair of rear steel wheels for Farmall H. He thinks he wants to keep them. I looked them over for information and did not find any IH stamp or casting number stamped in the metal. I did, however, find a number stamped with some black ink or paint along one of the spokes. The number was... X588 1 4D. (The"X" was a number or letter I could not make out)Does anybody out there know what these wheels are? The dimensions are:

51"x10"

28 large IH shaped Lugs per wheel(Same lugs as on the regular IH Rear steel wheels)

Regular casting (Not heavy duty casting)

Clamp type as regular Rear Steel Wheels

Are these French and Hecth Wheels? (Spelling?)
