Thanks for all the info Steve, very helpful! Now that you mention it, I'm hitting myself in the head about the compression ratio on the H for Kero, it would be lower. BUT, why is the power so different? Also, the head has an 'H' stamped on it which my dad always told me was for HIGH COMPRESSION. Maybe this is not the original head for the engine? Anyway, I have one last question if you don't mind. Can I bore the block to take Super H sleeves and pistons? This takes it from 152 to 164 cu.in. I believe instead of the 175 for a 300.
