Nick, Maybe hytran if it ever gets to 40 below there. Actually, though, 75-90w should stay in a fluid state at 40 below. As it's on the warmish side in South Carolina straight 90w should work OK. Maybe a 80-140w if you're going to be working it a lot in the summer, and save the hytran for hydraulic applications. You might also check the GL rating on the lube. GL 5 is the usual spec for the higher pressure stuff - but purists might say you should use GL 1 as the additives in the higher GL level stuff don't do nice things to the yellow metal (copper alloys) in your transmission. Yes, you check it at the plug that's on the left front of the gear case - and my manual says 6 gallons too. Steve
