Hello David, --- 21 / Jan. / 2003 --- Your International "I-574" SERIAL NUMBER "2310011B101907" is a 'Kind and Code' Serial Number / Kind '231' / Code '0011' / Serial Number '101907' (1973). Yes, they were made at the IH plant at Doncaster, England, from 1970 thru 1978. Regards, Milton
