Went looking and figure I might as well just buy some new ones to put on it. Didnt want to spend the cash now for them really, but might as well get it over with. Found some firestones at Tractor Supply for 40 bucks. Figure that is as good as I am going to do around here. Tractor was running good 15 or so years ago and motor turns over really easy. I just got to clean some funk out of cylinders that seem to have dropped into them when I was cutting /chiseling off the old muffler so I could remove hood, and then I can rewire it and see if I can get it to fire up. Figure I might can use compressed air to blow funk out spark holes? Also want to buy a cheap set of oil/temp gauges and install so's I dont burn up the motor if something is plugged or not circulating good.
