The front 2 ports (one on each side) were originally for the front cultivators. The one rear port was delayed for the rear cultivators. I would say something inside the pump has gone wrong. Can you hear something inside the pump clicking when you move the lever? Maybe the lever came disengaged inside the pump. If you can hear something clicking inside then the lever should be working. I would say the next step is to drop the pump and take it apart to see that everything works properly inside. Not too difficult, I can send some pictures of what's inside this weekend if you like, email me. My best guess is that something inside the pump rusted from sitting so long. Was there oil in the pump when you got the tractor? If it was empty or had water in it the oil that could have caused problems.
