Actuall weight of an M

Has anyone actually run their M across a scale to determine the actual weight? I am curious because a friend and I went to pick up two parts M's I had bought and they overloaded his truck and trailer. Not seriously, but more than comfortably. We were trying to estimate what they each weighed. One has LP, not that that should make any difference, no wheel weights, and only one tire. The other has no tires, but both wheel weights. My M has a pair of wheel weights, the tires are not liquid filled, and it has no belt pully drive. Any ideas on whay these should weigh?
