Tony I built a backhoe for my cub, but, What i did was mounted the backhoe on a trailer. (Homemade backhoe) on the trailer there is a 11 horse motor running the backhoe. the only thing the cub does is, it hauls the bachoe around. its not a trailer. its 1 piece of bar stock that goes in the 1 pt hitch then off of that is tube. so now theres a T off that there are 2 hooks on each side. On the trailer 2 pieses of tube connect to the T. This makes it so when im using my loader it works like a real backhoe. Loader is small but backhoe is big!! the backhoe has lots of power and can dig 10 feet deep. Its on a job right now, digging footings for a adition on a house. It actually works like a charm. Joe

On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
