I didn't post because I thought someone else would know more than me, but I guess not. I have a Super MTA which should have basically the same system as you. The live hydraulic systems use Hy-Tran or another hydraulic fluid. The reservoir is under the fuel tank and has a lever on the right hand side, this lever controls 1-way hydraulics out of (I think) 2 ports on the left hand side of the reservoir. My SMTA has a 2-way valve on it also, and in order for that to work the lever on the reservoir has to be locked back. If you don't have a 2-way lever on yours and would like to add one, see my website under hydraulic tricks - just take pressure from the reservoir ports, tie the lever back and put the return into the drain hole of the reservoir.
