Thanks for the part#. Your mention of "glass" threw me. The only ones that I have seen are plastic. It is a Donaldson pre-cleaner. They were fairly common in the '50 and '60 on equipment that used oil-bath air cleaners. You should be able to find an intact bowl without too much trouble. The were standard on Lindsey air compressors and lots of other industrial equipment. The attachment did not show up in my M-MTA book. I found it in my 400-450 book.
