Doug, Belly mount super C cultivators were very popular on row crop farms in the Nortwest up until the 1990's. There should be literaly hundreds out there. Auction season is upon us, now is the time to buy and prices should be very low, in fact I think you will be you will be competing with scrappers at an auction. In addition, gypo equipment dealers might have what you are looking for also. You could also try an add in a local newspaper, as someone may have an old cultivator laying around. The thing about a c cultivator, is that they are very light and if taken apart, will easily fit in the back of a pickup. With that in mind, you could look in the treasure valley area of western Idaho and eastern Oregon, I am sure you will find one there.
