Firstly get a quotation from someone who professionally removes and resells antique buildings-materials even if its a price per square foot. Next draw up a simple contract that outlines what will be removed. Specify a time line and what condition the property is to be left in. Be certain to get a certificate of insurance which will include his liability coverage while he is on your property. Lastly if your building a house on the property you will probably need an attorney or consult one that you've used in the past. If they are any good and they want future business from you they will review a document youve prepared for free.
