Can't be a 1967 if it has the D-282 engine (the one with glowplugs). All 706 Diesels built after November 1966 had the D-310 German diesel (no glowplugs there). Anyway, it's really hard to put a price on a tractor over the internet without seeing it in person. 706's can go for anywhere from about $3500-$5500 for a good one. You need to factor in the overall condition of the tractor, condition of the tires, whether or not the TA works, ect., how old and what brand the loader is (some brands are very desirable, some brands are just plain junk), what kind of shape the loader is in (check for cracks and welds), and the list goes on and on. I would say that the two things to check closley is if the TA works, and how well the transmission shifts. 06 series tractors get hard to shift as the shift linkages wear, but otherwise, the 706 is a bulletproof tractor.
