So far the price is right. Tires and rims look good and it has some goodies that are normally missing like the grill insert, battery box and PTO shield. Those 3 items are probably worth 150.00, although the battery box lid is missing. Doesn't look like an original precleaner, but they are not hard to find. It even has the gearshift knob, which looks original. Hard to tell in the picture.

Also, the front grill looks to be good. Normally they are bent. I'd say with the power steering, good sheet metal, not to mention the mower, you could go up a few hundred more and still have a good deal. It appears that the owner has taken care of it, and I suspect it may have lower than the average number of hours on it.

It wouldn't hurt to ask the seller some questions like, does it smoke, and if so, what color smoke? Do the gears all work? Any strange noises?
