My brother and I lifted the bare block out with the crankshaft still in it. I blocked up the tractor from the belly when I took the block out.

Then just put the frame rails and front end back on and roll it out of the garage. Then I put the block on my engine stand to put it together, worked great! Actually, once the block was completely bare I lifted it myself (not recommended) to get it in the trunk of my car to take it to the machine shop.

Be sure to lock the brakes/block the rear wheels and use stable blocking to hold the rearend up when you do this, safety first! Good luck!
