There were two surprises in it for me... He's foolishly asking for 1.2 billion for research funding for hydrogen powered cars. The responsible thing would be to knock this silly idea in the head. The second thing is his concern for people in other countries with AIDS. He says their medicine costs $300 per year. Many of us pay double that per MONTH to treat things we couldn't prevent. Many of us have to spend our entire SS check on medicines and taxes. Other than those two issues, I'm solidly behind our President. I'm happy to have the adults in charge in this time of stress.
