We need to do it. The problem is a tecnological one and we can solve those. There were those that said we should not try to go to the moon. Thank god we did. We need to get past petroleum as a fuel. As long as we are dependent upon oil we are also dependent upon those who control it. I beleive the technology part of it is going to be the easy part. There are alot of people that derive their wealth and Power from oil and our need for it. Those strings will not be cut with out a fight.
