WENT TO FAST AGIN

I gone done it agin didnt take time to see every thing. i torqued the head of my h down and didnt put on the three little gaskets that go under the three nuts in the center. what do i do? can i remove them tree and put the gaskets under them, torque em down and call it good or do i have to undo the whole thing and retorque them all. also what do them little darn gaskets do? i see no point to them.
