It is logical that the single wheel will wobble less. The deal is though, that your current steering has probably got worn parts. Without replaceing all of these worn parts you will still have play in your steering. The play in the steering adds considerably to the allowance for the wobble. The single wheel would be less apt to go into the wobble, but worn parts will add to allowing it to wobble.
