Scott - My Super H came to me with an IHC factory wedge shim between the pivot shaft and bolster. The shim mounts with the thicker edge to the rear - hence it DECREASES caster when installed. I found having the shim in place reduces steering effort a bit, but does not reduce tendency for the front end to wobble - The shim may even make it worse. For a temporary solution to wobbling you can try running one front tire much softer than the other (like 5 psi and 30 psi). And if you have adjustable track front wheels put the wheels on the "wide" position. But as others mention, the permanent fix is to renew the steering mechanism. Wobble is usually the result of a combination of worn pivot shaft bushings, worn worm and sector gears, a loose worm shaft bearing, bad steering shaft U-joints, and occasionally loose front wheel bearingss. Except for the worm/sector gears, repair parts are readily available and are cheap.
