If it is a pull type plow (has its own wheels and is pulled by the hitch on the tractor) it should work ok. If it is an Allis Chalmers plow and it has a hydraulic cylinder on it to raise it with the cylinder may need to be replaced with another as the AC had some kind of high pressure hydraulics. I have a two bottom pull type plow for my H. $75.00 these days isn't that much money. Sure won't buy much gasoline anymore that's for sure! Hope this helps, Bob
