Seems like I worked on one of these a year or so ago.Is the one with the same motor as a 73 Isuzu or Datsun pickup or something like that? At any rate, the brakes. They probably have a LITTLE oil leaked on them. Find the slot where you adjust them(follow the brake rods) and drop a couple trablespoons of oil dry (or cat litte if you are a gentleman farmer) If it was very much oil, you wouldn't have any brakes,hardly, but, just a few drops of oil make them hang up. They get gummy and, being self energizing, theycatch the drum.
