They didn't record the serial numbers when they went from grey to red.The colour was changed on the 1st of November,1936.You will have to get how many F20s were made in 1936 and divide the number that were made by 12, to give how many were in a month.You then get your serial number and the number at the 1st January,1936 and work out the number difference, then divide by the monthly number and you will be able to work out which month yours falls in. I am restoring a WD-40 and it was made in 1936,and used this method to find this out.Mine came to 3.22 months which is to be painted red. Good Luck.
