Steve, I have a 1966 424, and although a marvel shebler came on originally, the carb on mine is a zenith replacement. We moved to a new house on Dec 23rd and have not found my manuals yet. However, does your carb have a soleniod fuel shutoff on it? My replacement doesn't, but the original MS carb did. The zenith seems to do the job, but new carbs are hard on the wallet! I got a rebuild kit for $20 and the carb has been fine since. Check your local IH dealer, they will fix you up. Hope this is a help. Big City Bob
