Not sure if this is what your talking about or not. A lot of these tractors had a plate bolted up where the front bolster bolts together with a hole in it. It would turn when the front wheels where turned. It was used as a tie down when in transport to the dealership. Most dealers must have removed them cause you don't see a lot of them. If this is not what your asking....Oooops.
