It isn't a great difference, if I remember correctly 200 has about 100-150 more rpm. 100 and 130 were 1650 while 200 and 230 were 1750 or 1800. I think if you check carbs they may be bit different. I am a bit rusty on this, really haven't looked at specs for 40 years. I am sure those two items are different though. I remember my dad deciding between buying a 130 or 230. I do know those little engines have a lot longer lifespan in the smaller tractor. Quite a difference in the bite of 24 and 36 inch tires.
