Depends what is frozen... Water in rearend? Or is the engine stuck? Water in rearend is easy: heated garage and drain. Stuck engine: many different opinions - some say soak with penetrant, some say take it apart and beat the pistons out, and still others. I would say if you're not in a hurry, take the spark plug out and blow in the holes with compressed air to be sure there is no water in them, then put in your favorite penetrant (PB Blaster, WD-40, Diesel fuel, kerosene, marvel mystery oil, etc.) and wait. I usually take the head off and start pounding because since it was stuck I'm going to rebuild the engine anyways. Good luck!
