I would say. If they are going to go. It will be with in the next 3 weeks. You dont want to be starting any thing over there in the summer. Toooo Dang Hot! They would have to wait till next winter. By then a terroist could have a small Nuke enough to take out 1/3rd of Washington in suitcase at some bus station. Then BOOM!

I some times think it was better when all we had to worry about was the Soviet Union. AT least you could control that to some extent. If they were aganst us they would have been close to the Soviets. The Soviets wouldn't let them get a nuke, Might have started a big war then.
Now we get this. Every little 2 bit dictator with some ambition. Is going to be gunning for the US.
