The Force Commander via Intelligence sources will probably know locations of the toxins etc. and steer clear of hitting them UNLESS there appears to be a large enemy troop build-up in the area.A immediate high casualty rate will quickly de-moralize Iraqi troops and hopefully result in mass troop surrenders. The Iraq troops KNOW that they will recieve humane treatment once they are in custody of our guys. There is no such thing as a clean war my friend-look what was done in the oil fields at the end of the Gulf War...
