Yes, it could pose a hazard, however, that is one of the risks of war. It could have been faced back in the Gulf War. If we don't take a proactive stance now (since this is a different kind of enemy and war than previously ever faced), all of our domestic issues and problems will dwarf the even bigger threat----especially if hundreds of thousands or millions of Americans were to perish. Deal with it now, or pay a much higher price later...
