Once upon a time we bought a stuck Oliver 70, that had been left out in the rain. We soaked the cylinders in penetrating oil for a month. Then we pulled the head and using an oak block tapped around the edge of each piston. You have to hit it fairly hard. Then we put the head back on and pulled the tractor behind another tractor. It popped loose right away and we pulled it for 1/4 mile or so to help scour the sleeves and pistons. It worked for us good luck.
